Hi, I'm Victor, and I love pizza. I've traveled around the world, eating some of the best pizzas you can find. A few years ago, I picked up pizza making, and have been able to dive into the intricate differences of how pizzas can vary from region to region.
I'm still very much a beginner when it comes to pizza making, but I just wanted to share some of my favorite styles of pizza I like to make at home.

Loved it! I’m based in San Jose baking pizzas as a hobby. Koda 16 is not easy to handle but when pizza comes out really well, it’s so satisfying 🤙 There’s a pizza class at Eataly Silicon Valley, I took a class on Roman-style pizza and that’s been my trend lately 🍕 always a learning experience when it comes to pizza making 😋

Thanks for watching! I’m still learning each time I use it tbh, even though I’ve had it for a few years now. Just found out the other day there’s a trick to get it to an even lower heat than it’s supposed to lol def gonna try it next time because I haven’t been able to get the bottom as crispy as I’d want it still

Nice one. My kids also like white sauce pizza a lot more. I just do some quick bechamel and then top with the cheese. Sourdough pizza dough into my gozney. No more eating pizza outside. Oh, i didn't know about that green sauce thing. My wife makes similar one for indian style pizza. Next time add some grilled chicken or paneer and then top it with the green sauce, yum.

sheesh Gozneys are so nice. I haven’t attempted an actual sour dough pizza since we had a starter going during the pandemic and i was too much of a beginner to even be able to make the dough properly back then lol. Thanks for watching!

Strangely enough I think the sauce is the main player not the dough or cheese. The San Marzano tomatoes imported from Italy will always elevate the best pizza even higher. There's a joint in Brooklyn named L&B Spumoni Gardens that serves an insane Sicilian slice. They actually put cheese first then sauce. Bon Appetit!

Agreed for certain pizzas! The type of tomato is super important, and I'll definitely pay extra for a premium can of tomatoes to make a sauce with

@@HiDidYouEatYet As a rule of thumb growing up in NYC, never eat a pizza outta the oven. Way too soupy in the center of a fresh pie. Pizza always better the next day when you reheat it in a frying pan.
