Since the slurp water was radioactive his cells all turned into cytoplam. He could turn to slime if he wanted. So then legend has it the FBI are looking for mike (rippley). He called himself Rippley cause he could shapeshift. Then the FBI made a search party for the mythical thing. When rippley swam in a river he found 2 fishes then he turned them into slurpfishes.
