I honestly think it only made it harder on himself...I mean he doesn't even get the satisfaction of looking at perfect rolls...this just goes to show that we should never hold grudges on others
The rude costumer was proberly being rude before he made him crappy ice cream, basically this video. I bet at the start he made him good ice cream but the customer was becoming more and more rude so, thats why he gave and made him crappy ice cream.
He should of been the bigger person and do the good job well, despite people being as "they described rude" I get it people may suck, but that attitude is why the service industry has gone to shit.

Ive done it man 20+ years in the industry and ive seen it too many times, joke or not you get payed to do a job. I dont care that this one video out of the billion, an to be honest Ive worked with people who make light of this actual fucking behavior to paying people so yeahh.

So it's not bad his work ethic sucks? Do your job with responsibility no matter what it is or how shitty the customers/coworkers are. He's a rude person so he gets a shitty ice Cream is not the way to go. He just lost a customer to poor work nothing more.
