Making Sauerkraut! 

Here at Rod Ridge Farm, the family has a love or hate feel toward sauerkraut. I LOVE sauerkraut. I have never made it with the purple cabbage, so we will see. My friends said the purple just makes it a little sweeter. I have never made kraut not in a crock, but I am doing a small batch. I am curious to see how this container works.
