Making Sheep Milk Cheese 

Hand milking sheep is very rewarding, and making cheese is an art. I hand milk 7 sheep this year and get 21 gallons or 80 liters a week. I turn all that milk into cheese, yogurt or kefir for my family. This is a clip of some of the steps that go into making your own cheese.
