Bom dia professor, adoro as esculturas que vocês fazem são muito lindas, e possível me informar que produto é esse que vocês banham na prata pra limpar e depois escurecer. Obrigado pela atenção.
Hey Bonn i started making rings but they aren't the best but they're wearable i love doing this skill and i don't know where to begin to learn it... Do you have any advice in how to get to learn this 🙏 thx man love your work you got a new subscriber
Look up "Lost Wax Casting" on Google for an overview of the method. If you can practice using cheaper metals than silver to refine your technique like brass or copper, it's quite affordable to learn. You need a safe space with a concrete floor to do it because you'll need to use a crucible to melt the metal and clamp, a propane torch, casting sand, wood to build the shuttering frame for the sand, and casting wax with shaping tools, and leather gauntlets. Check out You Tube. ALSO check the Instructables website for projects.
You can use liver of sulphur, a potassium sulfide, to create the blackened surface on silver jewellery. You can also use eggshells to create the same effect.
Very cool, dude. Please, use gloves and respirator, while you are polishing metal ring because of metal particles, that doesn't feel good to breathe in this shit.
Yes, but it's really hard to make a straight cut with twisted blade.. Tho I think he cut the outline with a twisted blade before moving to a classic big saw
