She's already done a rooms inspired by disney princesses video (and villains) so i don't know if she'd do that cause it's very similar, but a dark aesthetic is a cute lil spin on it!
i love it when people who grew up with disney fairytales get to know the originals. since a lot of the originals are german, germans (obviously) grow up with them, rather than the disney ones. and the horror people experience when learning about the german fairytales... i love it xD
as a German, it is literally the most hilarious thing, but also some of the really dark ones (Juniper Tree and The Girl Without Hands fe) aren't typically in the kid's books Typing it now realize that I should probably not say "The really dark ones" when my fear of sewer grates comes from a fairytale that I heard as a kid rather than "It" XD

Syd, I think you should put a reference image on the side so we could also see how close she looks to your reference (be it a disney princess for CAS, or a house from a cartoon, etc)
I actually love the Snow White one because if you've ever watched the series once upon a Time she actually is a bit of a badass warrior in the beginning
You should make houses too, for every princess in that same aesthetic dark for Each of them, or also in their normal aesthetics, would love to see more normal homes to process them. Each of them, or also in their normal aesthetic, would love to see more normal houses than castles for princesses
I love that you included Snow White! She’s one of my favorites and gets so much flaque just for being nice and traditionally feminine but I love her because of that and because she’s optimistic and does her best to help out when ever she can
She’s my favourite too, she’s seen as weak but I think she is actually very strong but just in different ways. She was treated so poorly but she is still so caring and kind. I feel similarly with Cinderella. ❤
I love this idea, but I feel like keeping their outfit silhouette would probably have helped bring out the princesses’ personalities more, or at least make those outfit look like something they would wear. Like poofy sleeves and fancy skirt for Snow White would have worked, or a short top and a flowy skirt for Moana. I think the baggy low rise pants with Merida still work because they suit her personally and still create the shape her dress had.

One Disney princess that you haven't done yet that I think you would do an amazing version of is Princess Aurora/Briar Rose from "Sleeping Beauty"!! ❤Aurora's general aesthetic was partially inspired by Audrey Hepburn in "Roman Holiday" and her movie was, also, made to evoke medieval stained glass windows so, she was designed to have as many hard angles as possible (and less soft curves). This makes her look, especially her face, the exact opposite of a lot of the other Disney princesses since many of them (especially during/after the Disney Renaissance of the '80s-90s) were made to have primarily soft rounded features/faces. Aurora, also, was given a thicker/longer eyebrow since brows were more in style in the 1950s. So, it might be fun for you to give her a try! I will say, if you do choose to make an Aurora Sim, make sure you look at images from her film and not some of the more modern Disney Princess marketing ones (same for Cinderella if you get around to her as well). Because her design is so unique, a lot of the modern marketing softens her up so, she won't stand out from the other princesses (Cinderella is kinda the same, though, specifically for her, it seems to be less of a intentional choice and more that her original design is so subtle, modern illustrators have a really hard time replicating it).
omg so good especially Merida!!! Was kind of disappointed you didn't have moodboards or more of a vision for Moana, especially being the only person of colour there, though she did turn out cool, it was a bit lackluster considering all the thought you put into the others.
I feel you have to do a video where you dress up as your sim characters!, and try to do the makeup. Maybe even decorating your house like your favourite sim house
Quick thing abt Snow White yes it was dark but .. betcha didn’t know her husband was 4 or more years older than her !!! She was 14 he was 18-20 it’s creepy how he kissed her without permission aswell!!!!

I have a build challenge. Pick a random room from the already done rooms that you can buy and build a whole house based on the room you get! Also love the video and especially the Snow white look!!
as far as your CAS being messed up, Weerbesu (the mod's creator) definitely seems to be super on top of updating his mods! I think the new, compatible version is usually up within 24 hours of a patch coming out :) (just for future ref/in case you or anyone else didn't know)
