Been watching your channel for years. I like the longer more detailed videos. Gives a better insight on how you did what and makes doing it less of a guessing game.
You’re a great Alabama RU-vidr ! I appreciate the detail you go into, especially the battery info on this one. I feel like Lithium batteries have totally changed the game for golf carts and kayaks, and you showed great examples of both in this one. Thanks !
Your longer videos are the best and it helps a lot for ides to do some things differently and your videos on the kayaks has help me a lot so far. Keep up the great content.
I like your attention to detail. It works well with my OCD. The long form videos seem to allow more detail and explanation that I really like. Keep up the great work.
Another vote for longer videos. Yes please. “ did I let this battery die? I’m such a bad RU-vid’r” lol. You’re right about Ketch and it’s run by an evil genius. I’ll bet you buy his rod-tube blocking plates. Please keep us updated on that mini 100ah battery. I’m loving my Battle Born but sub 20# is interesting. Thank for another terrific episode. Over
I got rid of my rod tubes and blocked them off. Was better for water getting through, but that foam insulation isn’t really water proof. I’d silicon around the block offs and should help with water getting in. When I had my pa12 360 with the xi3 I was emptying out gallons of water after each trip.
Recommendation an 36 volt old EZGO steel body golf cart. Because of layout of controller, cables, etc. Are the 3 12volt as good a choice as the 1 36 volt battery? Safety, range, longevity?
TJ, I know you have links for cameras you use. When you are doing your videos which camera is on your tripod? I have an old digital camera still works but I have no way to hook a mic up to, no Bluetooth etc. I am in the market for a good camera but has to have certain features. I like the golf cart battery compartment. Well done. I wish I had room in the garage for it to be my shop and studio. 😂😂 Another great video, interesting ideas. Thanks much!
@@KayakUSA1, awesome. Do you know if it has the capability to record while charging or record without battery and only using AC power, or using an external larger capacity battery? I got a new GoPro setup, battery dies very quick. Found a workaround, but I need longer battery life or the ability to use AC power as well. Thanks.
Love the videos, how's it been going running the wires without fuses or breakers? Looking to wire mine up just like this and would definitely save space not having to run them.
Is North Carolina the only state that requires kayaks to be registered just like a boat when you add any type of electric or gas motor?? Just curious, I never see any kayaks with the registration on the sides
I am interesting in upgrading the batteries in my cart. The price of Enjoybot has lead me here. My concern is some hills in my neighborhood. Would the battery shut down?
why not just load the kayak facing backwards and drive off the trailer with your Xi3 using your remote. then hit spot lock while its out of the way and park your truck. then drive the kayak over to the dock.
I was having trouble with my fish finder until I used a separate battery for my fish finder from the one I used for my trolling motor. Just a heads up for people out there.
