On the freeware side of things, closest seems to be the Calf vintage delay and mainly messing with it's subdivision and tempo settings. However the frequency separation ("Star wars") also means a pass through a comb filter, which is a different thing than the comb delays on the LADSPA/LV2 stuff as they don't quite work this way. At least if anyone was curious as to where to start in getting close to it with a different bag of tricks.

Honestly yer such a good lax teacher that I started thinking... “is music easy... has it been easy like they tried saying for my whole life.... is it like math but not calculus?” Whatever, point being, I just Googled “is making music easy” to see if: 1) I can mentally be convinced it’s easy so that to have that Confidence “overnight” and 2) see all the ways making music is easy!
