What a great way to use those paper strips, I have so many. Good job on your weight loss you can do this ,life is hard sometime you don’t need food to keep you happy, it’s your crafty time that will help and family. I had some tummy problems too found out it was dairy. Thank for sharing your idea. Love your stories.

Our crafts are an expression of ourselves and there is no way they will be what others are creating. There is no right or wrong just what is our way of seeing things. God made us that way so I enjoy seeing the creations of many others I enjoy this.

Hi i have Crohns i have had it 😊since i was 17 years im now 64 years. It is a shocking disease. 10 surgeries, intravenous feeding, fistulas as so on. I am so glad he doesnt have it. My husband always cared for and we always thought i would go to heaven first but we were wrong, he passed away suddenly after 28 years of marriage and i miss him every single day, it does not get easier. People just dont understand the disease and all the food restrictions ect you have to do. He fully understand because he saw it all. Love you, love your channel. ❤❤❤❤❤

I know this video is six months old but I’ve enjoyed hearing your story. 6 months later how is your weight loss and the consistency of your diet? I’m with you girl with the need to lose weight and losing it in those same places!! I’ve been watching lots of videos on making clusters. I’m trying to find my “groove” and “style” with clusters. I just love these strip clusters! 😆 🤣 😂 I laughed so hard when you said you named them something different because you didn't want to get censored! I am so happy that Aaron is doing so well. He is such a sweet boy. All 3 of my grandbabies are autistic. The girls are 10 and 3, and the boy is 6. The 6 year old, Skyler, is a little more pronounced than the girls. He has some speech issues but has done well with therapy and speaks a lot better now. He doesn't like a lot of touch and hugs, but when he is in the mood for hugs, they are the best! The girls are very touchy feeley and don't get the concept of personal space. We're working on that. 😆 🤣 😂 We are praying and hoping they will learn. To self regulate and recognize when they need to get in a calm, quiet space sooner rather than later, especially the 10 year old. She seems to have the most trouble with meltdowns for her age. Starting puberty is not helping. These children keep us on our knees! Thank you Melina! 😊 ❤️

I am very proud of you for your weight plan. I went on the weight journey 3 years ago. I lost 120 lbs in a year and 6 months. I did exactly what you did no sugar cut out the gluten and cut out all carbonated drinks, sugar-free or not. I drink water. I found I had breast cancer so treatments a year and three months ago. Just the treatments caused me to gain 30 lbs. but I have stayed very much on the same plan. I don’t miss the breads and I don’t miss the sugar. I feel so much better because of the weight loss. You go Girl. You can do this. I do make sure to get good oils and 60-75 frames of protein in my life diet. It’s a food life plan not a diet. Because of the cancer treatments I don’t have a lot of energy. But I go out and walk up and down the block I live on at least once a day. But want to get up to 3 times a day. Walk8n* for your health not jus working is great for your mental health. Love you channel. Thanks for the very easy clusters. 😊🎉❤

In regard to Aaron have you ever tried using a weighted blanket? My grandson has sensory issues and finding a quiet place and the blanket helps him greatly!!

Pure decoration enjoyment. But........if they need to have a purpose other than that....they can be used as page tucks, add a paperclip to the back for page marker/hidden paperclip accent, use on the edge of the page as a tab, etc
