Please help by indicating what type of closure device you use. I'd be grateful if you could provide both the name and where it can be purchased. Also, what is the device that you use to stamp your logo and where can it be purchased? Thank you!

It does not matter what I do I cannot get the PDF pattern to print correctly! I set it to print at 100% on A4 paper; I set it to print on letter size paper at actual size and vice-versa for each. The pattern is half off the paper and I cannot get the full pattern to print! WHAT am I doing wrong? I would like to get the PDF file if possible.
