why can't there be another film composer like John Williams..?? Hans Zimmer's overrated. i really HATE what he does in any of the super hero movies he did. The Dark Knight kinda works for the story it tells..but it's really NOT memorable and not as nearly as iconic as Danny Elfman's original 1989's Batman theme music.
my favorite part is the map room. all indy is doing is standing there waiting for the sun to move through the crystal. thats all. but you add the music and the scene comes alive with anticipation and excitement.
