Joe, you're great but, limes are a citrus fruit, and just like lemons and oranges, they have pips! You can of course get seedless ones but I promise you limes have pips 😂😂

I used to make the brain hemorrhage and alien brain hemorrhage all the time! They are definitely supposed to be single shots! And if you add the grenadine just drips at a time, it'll slowly pull the Bailey's down with it and make a red "bloody" hemorrhage trail as it sinks. I also found that adding the blue curacao super slow dripping it in from the rim of the shot glass, it'll create a nice blue tinge to the top pretty evenly. Same when pouring the Bailey's, you can shape it into a brain like shape easier pouring slowly from the edge of the glass. Enjoy! Loved this episode!
Wow...I have been a mixologist for a few years now and that was pretty painful to watch, although I am definitely thoroughly entertained 😂. The alien brain hemorrhage *shot* was one of my specialities and definitely most popular, I've made tones of them and I just wished I could help you two because it's actually so cool if done correctly, plus it does taste good. Btw...totally think that the alcohol was getting to Dianne.
I cannot have one sip of my drink without laughing at them, now I am hesitant to drink in case Joe comes out of nowhere and makes me die of laughter 😂 Anyone relate??

Heya Joe and Dianne! Absolutely love watching you both. At my bar that I work in, we have this shot called 'the pangalatic gargle blaster', which is exactly the same as the brain shot you both just made. I would definitely recommend trying it as a shot rather than serving a full tumbler glass, as they are very popular at the bar (also try to balance the Bailey's on top of the archers by pouring slowly and to the side of the glass, gives you the full show)👌😁 Sending you the very best!

quick tip, if you're ever to make the last one again, put the chocolate in just before you pour the drink in as the coldness of the drink freezes the chocolate and looks more effective haha, im a bartender!
Yessss I love a good cocktail!!!! I learnt this on Sunday Brunch. Put your fingers there to catch the pips.. *starts squeezing* there aren't any pips in limes..is there not. No but carry on catching those pips 🤣🤣🤣
