Nothing makes 2A easier to learn than having the perfect 2A yoyo for looping with the perfect setup. In this video we teach you how. Get the Match Yoyo in this video: yoyotricks.com/shop/the-match...
Yotricks can you make the video with the pop variatin that you promised me like a year ago ? Lol. If you dont remember it, I can show you the video with Jake where it's from.
sadly in my country there is only auldey's blazing teens yoyos. can you recommend any yoyo from them :/ if i could buy one of the yoyos you shown it would be loop 720. actually i neverf tried 2a style.
So timely! Mainly into 1a, I bought a pair of 720s out of a vague sense of obligation to learn at least some looping and, while 1a is still my favorite style, I have to admit that looping is awesomely meditative and addicting. That noted, I’m still very much a beginner and this video will help me get after those annoying sleeping inconsistencies. Adam, you’re a born teacher.
Thank you! I ordered what you recommended are used to do yo-yo shows I got out of it for like 10 years and got completely lost in the New World of yo-yos thank you for an awesome video
Thanks guys, this is exactly the info I needed to get my 720s working. They were too responsive and looped low and now they work perfectly now that I have thin, shorter string. I also had to clean the hell outta my bearings.
I kinda stopped yoyoing during the beginning of the pandemic (I guess I just sorta forgot about it) but I still like these videos, they're pretty entertaining lol
That yoyo was my goto for a long time as well. Wood axles are so wonderfully consistent. They do have a few limitations, however. The first is spin time (obviously), but the second is speed. Ball bearing yoyos can loop much faster. They are also much less sensitive to string tension, so you can practice longer without adjusting the string, which is nice. I was amazed - once ball bearing looping yoyos got good enough to use - how many advantages they offered over wood axles. If you ever decide to upgrade, I think you will be pretty happy with the Match.
The bearing kit turns the technic into the tornado. That was one of those yoyos, for me, that required a trade off. Either I lubed it so much that it would loop well but not sleep that long, or it would sleep a long time, but would not loop consistently enough. It has been years since I tried it, though.
Great video as always. How does the Match compare to the iYoyo Sunrise? The bearing system looks almost the same. Also, have you guys ever thought about doing a video on how to get, control, and the manipulate the yoyo's angle while looping. This has always been the biggest problem for me, especially for milk the cow type tricks and transitioning from loops to hops. I've never come across a good explanation on maintaining angles.
It is not coincidental that it reminds you of the Sunrise. They may have had a hand in the Match. That is all I will say about that ;) The looping angle is a mystery to everyone at the moment. I have tried to figure it out myself, with no luck unfortunately. I'll keep working on ideas, however, and as soon as I have an idea I'll make a video.
Anybody know the difference between iYoyo Sunrise and Throwback Match? From what I read, they both take the design queue from Loop 720. Edited: NVM, found the answer from previous commenter.
So my question is that even with the orcales I received from you guys, those actually lag on me. What may be these case with this? I've ended up putting them back in the box cuz of how questionable they're playing and play with my sunrises more
The Oracles do need to be lubed with thick lube so they don't lag. We mention this briefly in the video, but it is because yoyos ship with dry bearings. Looping yoyos need to be lubed even when brand new to perform optimally.
How quickly does the string wear out on the match because if I use the match for a month, will it play as same as when I first got it or will I have to change it everyday
Is it possible that loop 1080's adjusting system broke and it automatically gets tighter and looser while doing different around the world tricks... I suspect my loop 1080 has it.... and it occasionally get delayed response..is it because of the changing gap width?
The 1080s sometimes do have a tendency to change gap width when you don't want them to. I think this is a big part of the reason for moving back to non-adjustable gaps.
@@yotricks Thanks for clearing my doubt 🙏...But I have one more ...Once we finished mastering the tricks and finished a freestyle choreo... What should we need to do next?
It is not currently a priority. We have to decide if the bi-metal Civility is going to be permanent, or if we will be going back to a mono-metal version.
Hey Adem, I mastered most of the 1A tricks in the app, then I went to go for 5A and I mastered upto halfbee sting today.. When I gone to tap the mastered button ...It was not there and showed to level up to master the tricks ... this is coming for the 3rd time😭😭.What should I need to do NEXT?? When I signed in it is showing the username is another ones so I can't register man...😭PLEASE HELP ME!😭
If a yoyo is not responding as well as you like, then the best option is to lube the bearing with thick yoyo lube. You can also double wrap the string around the bearing.
I got mine and like it. It played well out of the box, but when I switched out the string for polyester string and lubed it with thin lube, it doesn't play well anymore. It's constantly turning sideways (the logo facing me), and don't know why.
@@yotricks it does have a different feel. I've got all of the different colors of the polyester string, and they all feel the same, but the green one that came with the Match (which seems the same as the one that comes with the Oracle) feels fuzzy and of lesser quality.
"If your string is shorter/thinner, it'll loop upward, but if your string is longer/thicker, it'll loop downward." Me who has short thick string: mmm Balance
