I dig how, as for the background music in the beginning, he included "The Moment" from his band Ventura Lights. Yes, this IS the moment we've been waiting for. Very clever and well-played, Cobus. :D
That omni ride/crash is amazing I actually just recently bought a crash ride the Sabian El Sabor 18 and that one is unbelievable and can't imagine what that ride sounds like love the kit and vid

Your set-up is SO AMAZING!! I spent one year of my life to look for the most comfortable set-up and I finally I made it!
I love the setup man, really epic! I play a 22 K Light right and that one's definitely my favorite ride of all time, like the Omni, amazing ride and amazing crash sound in one.
Hey Cobus, Ive been a HUGE fan for years and years. I as well just got into making covers consistently and want to give my videos the professional look your videos have. I just purchased the softbox lights but could you tell me where you got your drapes from? i cant seem to find any site that can get me some pieces of that magnitude, Thanks!
Hey Cobus, so you use a presonus 1818VSL and a Digimax D8. Just wondering that's all through ADAT into the 1818VSL and then sent to the DAW software right? Cheers mate
I believe there's other brands of drums there too, since not all drummers who go to shoot at DrumChannel.com are DW sponsors/endorsers so they have an array of drum brands to meet other drummers needs since bringing your own drums is a hassle. And I saw Chad Smith use a Pearl kit in their vid, in which it may not be (one of)Chad's kit.
Roseweed MrClaytoncc Correct! A lot of artists that we have coming through the studio here on a regular basis keep their drums here. That specific kit actually belonged to Clayton Cameron, he was here a while ago with Terry Bozzio
