seems like it was a good weekend for everyone this weekend! i signed up for deliver that but decided not to do it because i make enough with the other apps and didnt want to add anything else

Damn you dashing in that round rock zone took me down memory lane lol. That zone is pretty decent. The strategy is basically stay up and down i35 and then after dropoff, just start driving back to i35. I can't believe you hadn't heard of Taco Pelenque. They are pretty popular in san antonio and have a couple of locations in the austin area. Its 24hrs so it's a good place to get orders from late at night or even early in the morning
@@nomaderic yeah! You wanna stay close to 35 and be around the toll road where all the shops are by target and Walmart. Round rock isn't bad but it's like 30 miles from where I live 💀 I drive a Prius so taking that catering order to get me in the area to dash justified it. Much less urban and more home deliveries with more highway driving and less traffic. 🤣 I had never seen that taco place before. I lived in San Antonio too for like five years and lived in Pflugerville for a few years just never got an order from there. Good to know though! Still no rewards program in Denver I take it?
@AustinRides7264 yea I enjoy dashing in areas like that because it's just easier with traffic, parking, etc. Yea it's still no tier program here. Just the normal top dasher program.
@@nomaderic the tier program ruined doordash. There's a reason you don't see sin city doing hardly any deliveries for them on his videos. They want us taking everything and hardly ever show us the money with platinum offers even during peak times. Get ready for it! I am doing much better now just with Uber eats and instacart and the catering apps. If I get a catering order or two then I easily make over $200 in that day with UE and IC. I'm so used to driving in urban areas so round rock felt like a treat to me 🤣
@AustinRides7264 doordash has been pretty mid over here but I notice instacart has been picking up a lot. I don't like doing shopping orders that much but honestly I think I'd make more than doordash. I'm still in the process of signing up for all those catering apps. Tons of immigrants here doing doordash
@@nomaderic definitely give the catering apps a go. At first you'll be frustrated just trying to snag an order because they go fast! But when you level up and become a higher tier driver on those apps you'll slowly replace your doordash income. It'll be much easier. 3-4 catering orders will be what you made in a whole day grinding crappy DD runs. You'll feel less stress and more fulfilled about your money making potential and not the constant punishment of dropping ar or completion. Instacart has been sending me lots of good ones too! It's definitely picking up. I'm noticing really good base pay on there even if someone doesn't tip much which is awesome
@@justashton255 yes! I want to make a video on that. Just read a wired article on that. It's a huge issue here and in other markets. I used to make phenomenal money here but now with these illegals and their rented accounts? 😩
