The power of thyme and honey combine to create this cold treat to help with a summer (or anytime) cough or sore throat! How to make:
4 cups boiled water
A handful of fresh thyme
Unpasteurized honey
Place the thyme in the water. After about 20 minutes, add about 1/8 cup honey. Stir well. Let sit 40 minutes, then strain.
Pour into freezie tubes - and freeze! Use within 6 months. Be sure to make some late summer to have throughout the winter!
