When Uri said "hey Grandma, let's make ravioli" I thought, umm, I have never done that before. It sounds too hard. It wasn't hard at all. It was a little time consuming with all the different components but some of them could be done the day before and then you could just put them together and dip them the day you want to use them.
Here are the three recipes I drew from to make these (the pasta we made used sourdough but you could just use and regular pasta recipe. I'll list one of those below too.)
