You could have made the walleds bigger so you can use a grinder and make them smooth

What sofware did you used to draw the stack on the computer? I like the way to check angle on design

They call them Exhaust stacks I think and they bend up to stop rain going in, some have a cap on top which pops up and down with the back pressure.

Put it on a bandsaw and set the cut at 22.5 degrees -half the angle that you are trying to achieve - peter - 👍
