Streamin' every day on twitch.tv/swimstrim :) Also here's the up to date Udyr Akshan decklist: lor.mobalytics.gg/decks/c86nos71ok0ntpbkh5t0 Annnd here's yesterday's vid going over all the decks: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BeAq5dkODrA.html
I had a great idea for this deck, what if you cut 2 Udyrs and add 2 Gnars to the deck. I feel like it would significantly upgrade this Udyr deck concept.
Big props for posting that losing game against GP/Sej. You really thought through all the lines possible, and ended up losing to some bad luck. Lots of streamers only post games they win, I'm glad you didn't!
Actually he misplayed like 4 times and deserved to lose :D not killing gnar with the pokey+shaped(cost him 4 health),pulling the keg with the udyr instead of 3/1 (he lost possible 4 damage with udyr, which cost him the game)/ not using shapestone+ ram stance(he saw it from the chat and changed the plans after) not going for the wildclaw instead of going boar (in the end at least he can make it tie with the udyr card. There is no reason for playing around topdeck sejuani at this situation.) So I think he misplayed really bad but it's ok brcause hes just trying the deck
@@Lankarix I don't think pulling the keg was incorrect. If keg stays up, then Corsair pings him for 2, putting him at 1 health. At that point, the opponent has ~5 outs (make it rain, parrrlay, warning shot)
yup. super cringe how bandle city turned out and changed the game. before it was all those epic regions and characters and now its all just goofy rats.
Udyr needs to be a 3 mana 3-3 There is no reason to play a unit so expensive as Udyr who is only a 4-4 and whose main purpose is to generate value with cards that are 3 mana cost, everything in his kit is too expensive for what it offers, it really made no sense His level up does nothing because if you focus on attacking the nexus u can't use the stances and biceversa A not too good design for our beloved udyr :(
33:10 Why is this such a difficult decision? You dont need to save the mana so just Stance first and then youll get another Stance in your hand anyway. There wasnt anything to think about. Depending on who you gave the +2 to, you could've tied the game with Urdrys spell or successfully killed the Gangplank which wouldve won you the game.
Don't worry. As you watch more Swim, you will realize he can sometimes run through all possiblities in his mind and then choosing the worst possible outcome. It's pretty incredible really.
@@bhargavabhat9227 No. Even if he was 1 mana off from using both stances in 1 turn, it'd still be better to just use it for the potential extra damage and have your round end with your hand the same.
wow i didn't expect this to be good. I'm 7-0 atm starting from plat 4, 0lp. I removed a gnar for udyr. because I built around udyr a lot but nothing rly worked out well. this is the first deck that actualy wins games. gj swim (or whoever built it)
Oh god... How possible is a shadow isles / bandle city deck, that uses almost all the "Attach" units, Minion, and the Undying, and uses nothing but cheap combat trick spells? Like... none of their units would ACTUALLY die right??
hey swim I always have to turn up my volume when I try to watch your videos. when an ad pops up it blows up my ears. whats up with that? please make them a little louder if possible dude xD
I've been playing Lee Sin/Udyr, not because it is better than Lee/Zoe, but as a way to change it up. The deck is maybe a lil above 50% winrate, but I enjoy the play patterns. Udyr is literally just an 8 mana give Lee Sin overwhelm. Sometimes you can even make it 0 by chump blocking. I like the option of having entreat to reliably draw with a 50% chance if no champions have been drawn, and three sisters as an easy eye trigger.
