Looks amazing! But I have couple questions, what glue were you using for eva? And how did you measure its length and detail size?

The glue I using is call contact adhesive, I take the length that suits my height, using software to scale the length your prefer then u will get the detail size

Question. For the stripes on the blade. Did you cut the masking out seperately or did you pit the the tape on the blade and THEN cut it out

Only the handle part is 3D printing, I use 2D template for the rest

How do you know which separate parts to cut out? Like the inside of the blade where the pipes go, the separate pieces for the cross guard and other small details. There's only one template given and there doesn't seem to be anything like those in it. Also, what was the thickness of the blade and cross guard guard part? What size pipe would be a good substitute for the handle if I can't 3d print?

Hi, all the separate parts and small details done it on the spot, keep trying until succeed. So that is not details on the template, template just a rough guide

Thickness of blade is 15mm and crossguard is 30mm. You don't have to do exactly what I did, you can make some improvements, you can use the size you think fits

ur using aluminam pipes from the looks of things but why not wood? it would be cheaper in the making or PVC maybe, both can still provide that stiffness needed.
