Making yoghurt in the TM6 takes 10 hours on the fermentation mode. This is what you will need: 800 g - 1.1 litre whole milk 120 g plain yoghurt 10 - 15 g milk powder
I wash the glass jars in my dishwasher after using them. If there is enough steam when you heat the milk, yes you could sterilise the jars at the same time!
