Thanx for sharing this nifty idea. Back in the days, long before digital papers and all the beautiful scrapbook paper, I used napkins to make beautiful three dimensional cards. Your tutorials are all so easy to follow.
I really enjoy watching your tutorials. You are very clear with your explanations & are a very good instructor. I really like these homemade bags. I would imagine it could be done on almost any type of paper like parchment or even papers from those big pads they sell at Michaels. The possibilities are endless with these instructions! I'm getting excited. Thanks for this & the inspiration! You rock! ☺️
Brilliant, I have been wondering about how I could make envelopes out of my napkins! This is so much better than using a paper backing. Many thanks for a great video xx
Thank you for this tutorial. You have a lovely relaxed way of explaining things, which is easy to listen to and take in. It is a very wet grey day here in England, so this really cheered me up while I drank my coffee. Just need to get my chores done, so I can give this a go.! Hope you are having a lovely day.
Thank you for this tutorial. Also, your voice is perfect for teaching! You have a beautiful slow, low tone and is really makes listening to the tutorial very pleasurable :)
Don't be concerned about your OCD Cheryl. I have it too, it's annoying to me sometimes cause it slows me down. That's bad cause I'm usually in reverse anyway...lol. I love your little bag, it's the cutest ever. You work, you make beautiful journals, always coming up with tutorials like this one showing me neat little things I would have never thought on my own. I thank you for that, you are so kind for sharing and I truly appreciate that. If you ever come up with a surefire way to get my butt in gear and actually do these neat things you show, please let me know. So far I've logged a couple years worth of watching and not doing...lol hugs from Cheryl in Phoenix
Wow love this ! I have just started making napkin cards so now I'm thinking of making matching bags for then to go in, instead of envelopes. Thank you for sharing and I have subscribed to your channel. 😊🌹
Love your work! I have saved all of your videos, everything you make is so beautiful. I, too have some napkins I have to try. Thank you so much for your awesome tutorials. Please keep them coming!
this was to perfect I had just sat down to decoupage that exact napkin on to a white paper bag. I had to watch the video when I saw it was the same napkin :)
Love this idea, thank you!! Also, have to say your tutorials are great - I always come away feeling like I understand and can do what you demonstrated :)
WOW WEE!!! I LOVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS. BEST VIDEO I’VE SEEN FOR CREATING THESE. THANK YOU SO MUCH. EASY TO FOLLOW ALONG FOR THIS OL’ GIRL. SUBSCRIBED AND WILL BE FOLLOWING YOU. WHOOPS, DID I MENTION JUST HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS?!

this is so beautiful...I had no clue how to make this bag and you demonstrated the steps beautifully--Thanks for being so awesome! I am more confident I can do this technique now :-)
Hi! came across your vid because my friend and I have been watching vids on faux vellum and glassine then heard “ Nanaimo”! whoa, I’m in Duncan! You must be close. thanks for the vid and pretty glassine bag!🦌💌❤️📚
Watching you was a learning experience and fun also. Could you please tell me where I can get beautiful napkins like you have. I really can’t find them where I live. Thank you
Thanks for showing how you make your little glassine bags, Cheryl. I am going to make these! I don’t quite understand the process. You used tracing paper the glossy finish and then the napkin with more of the liquid (I can’t remember what you called the item you bought at Michael’s). Or did you state that you add something else on top of the napkin? TFS and thanks in advance for your reply!
delygirl1961 I'll be trying this today! I usually just use wax paper because it's inexpensive but if I can find some inexpensive tracing paper, it would be nice!
Just so stinkin cute! I love it! Another great idea show casing your talent. Thanks so much! Dawn Valiquet says she tried using wax paper and you commented that you use it exclusively. Do you mean to make glassine bags? Never even thought of it! Genius!
