In fond si la urma urmei, conteaza mai mult ca am taiat cu cele 3 drujbe, si merg bine toate! Impresionat de Sthil mai ales, la 50cc taie foarte foarte bine! Daca era un test adevarat trebuia sa fie un lemn cu acelasi diametru cap coada, lanturi noi pe fiecare drujba. Dar, cum am mai zis, am vrut sa prezentam cele 3 drujbe, nu ne-a interesat foarte mult timpii. 2 drujbe de 50cc si 1 de 60cc. Makita 3.3cp, Sthil 3.8, Jonsered 4.2.
I received my new Dolmar / Makita 5105 chainsaws just before Christmas and have been putting it to work for a few days now. The weather has been -28c to -32c and the saw has been running strong. I should of ordered the heated model besides that it's a fantastic saw. Thanks for sharing your video. Cheers.
Cristi Ro The oil I run is made by Amsoil 100% synthetic saber. I run it at 50:1. is says you can run it 100:1 but I don't trust that mixture. mix with premium hight octane fuel.
MOA tighthole Just positive thoughts about Amsoil Saber. I also think that 100:1 is a low ratio. We also need to lube that buttom end well. In the break in period you may go to 40:1. Here, the only Amsoil product I could find was Dominator. Good luck with the new saw! All the best!
Cristi Ro. for the first 3 tank on a new saw I run 40:1 like you said you need the lube the bottom end as well. The part of Canada I live in it's hard to get different types of two cycle oil. Mostly you only see for sale is Stihl oil that's made by Castro in Canada that sells for $13.00 Canadian for 6 small 100ml bottles . Amsoil saber sell for around $14.00 Canadian for a 1 litter bottle. The last two day the weather has been around -38c to -42c. So it's been to cold for me to do any wood cutting. cheers all the best and a happy new year.

My Stihl 261 broke down after only 3 years of cutting firewood (crankshaft) Stihl said it was my fault because I didnt use the Stihl oil and alcylat gasoline! 026 was a much more robust saw and I had one for allmost 20 years and used shell oil and 95 gas mixed 2%.Now my saw is in parts in my garage. Not happy with the Stihl 261 and Stihl support.
I bought the 5105 couple yrs ago. Love it! Just make sure you get the easy start. Dealer was selling them really cheap so I bought another one. My first one burned up in shed fire. Second one does not have easy start. I didn't realize they came both ways, and of course the dealer didn't tell me. It literally pulled so hard I thought it was locked up! It has super high compression.
I got my Makita DCS510 from a neighbor and he always had trouble starting it , especially after shutting it off . I discovered that it gets sort of a vapor lock , so I open the fuel cap and retighten.
Daca vreti sa faceti un test corect se pune aceasi lungime de lama la toate drujbele si lant ascutit ca lumea sau nou intre alea trei e una care le mananca pe celelalte cc.
Frumos clipul. :) Pacat ca nu sunt de prin zona ca veneam si eu cu "sculele mele de marca" daca venea eu,voi plecati impreuna cu vecinii din cauza la zgomot. Drujbele merg super bine,toate. Dar ce lipseste e acel zvac de drujba portata,care din voi portati drujba? :D Va salut si sa mai faceti asemenea clipuri.
