Popped up as a review. It isn't. And not interested in unboxing. Bought one of these a few days ago, loved it from first cut. Fills gap between my 210 mm Makita and mini Bosch saws. Beautifully smooth and precise. Tested with supplied blade cutting pine skirting board (baseboard in US English). 45 degree cuts so clean. 15 degree back cut on the straight part of the cope - easy, clean, no tear-out. LIght and small enough for easy handling. Heavy enough to hold its line against square edge with confidence. My 210 mm saw is far too big for such a job and mini Bosch can only do 25 mm square. Ordered a set of three non-Makita blades and Makita 40-tooth blade. Makita UK web site is appallingly bad. Shame there is little consistency about blade widths - I want 3 blades for cross, rip, and plywood cuts using the guide rail attachment and track - which I've ordered and should arrive next week. Vastly superior to cheaper Evolution or store own-brand 'bargains' which have very poor quality control (you can get lucky with them, or you don't know enough to check for faults and keep them, or take back as a product recall). As a use every day tool, go for Makita or similar quality
