To everyone asking for a tail, A. These guys did not make the tails. B. They are like 12 kilograms each and would be hard to swim in. C. With 12 killos strapped to your waist, think about coming up for air. How long can you hold your breath? (Underwater may be different. I can hold mine for about 1 and a half minutes above water, but under only about 15 seconds. Your body can panic and the more you panic the harder it is. D. Standing up/ treading water is out of the question. Can you float in water without treading water? No? Bad luck. E. Most pools will not allow tails. F. They cost about $50-$1000 dollars, depending on quality of tail. These ones would be pretty up there. So no, you can't have one for free. G. It would look weird with googles. Get used to sea water going into your eyes, (Plus extra sand because SEA WATER), as again, most pools won't allow the tails. H. They are hard to get in and out of. You have to get into the tails at the place you get in and you will most likely need help getting out. I. Imagine carrying 12 kilograms of weight in your bag when ever you wanna go swim with it. J. ALL. OF. THE. ANNOYING. KIDS. K. If you still want a tail, and you manage to convince your parents to somehow buy one for you, don't. They will stretch a lot, but judging by all of the spelling mistakes that there are in those comments, you are most likely a kid. These tails may stretch a little, but wait until you have done growing. Kids are small compared to what your final height will be, and you will grow out of it fast. This is one of those things that you don't want to grow out of, whether it be mentally or physically. Wait until you are an adult so you know your general measurements, and whether you even are still interested in them. L. They can take anywhere from a week or so to a couple years to arrive. The only reason I even said a week was because I know this show took about a week, but only because it was there top priority to get done, they where paid a lot, and because of H2O they already knew what they were doing. This shows actors didn't even get to keep the tails after the show, either. EDIT: Just found out, it took more than a week. I misheard it. It took a week to make the models. It took a lot longer to make the actual tail. M. Where would you store it? Most tails are flexible, but if you wanted _these_ tails it wouldn't bend. So it would have to stand upright. EDIT: It would bend, but only the top part. The end wouldn't bend so standing it up is the only option. What I'm trying to say is, that these things aren't the pick up put down kind of thing. You have to be able to swim, hold your breath, pay for it, and be completely and utterly devoted to learning to use and care for it. It can get damaged easily, too. So just wait and see with your time and money later in life before you jump into the moon pool of wanting a tail.
My family doesn't have enough money to buy me a mermaid tail or anything really big I would really like to have one but I understand if I don't get one.
