Saw him live last month. He's calculated. Like a chef preparing a dish, he knows the ingredients and timings to cook up something delicious and it's fascinating to watch him cook.

Add Seba etc to the list. Seba is arguably the very best technician of all electronic combined. Of course I am here because Makoto and the ones you mentioned sit up at the top too.
Makoto knows what's up. He often rolled with Marky- the guy just makes addictive, rolling beats like it's nobody else's business and Makoto much the same. The Long Distance EP is still one of the best ever, and it's by these two, check it out.
The track at around 5:30 is Carlito - About You. Forthcoming on Innerground Records Innerground 100 compilation album which releases September 17th 2021. Been looking for this track for almost two years now since I heard Bryan Gee play it on a podcast, so thought I'd drop a comment to help others out.
I dont mean to be offtopic but does someone know of a trick to get back into an Instagram account..? I stupidly lost the account password. I would appreciate any tips you can offer me.
DNB keeps my heart going but not enough credit goes to this fine genius right here's bootleg of Space Cowboy... I thank you good sir from the bottom of my soul for this legal non destructive high
ive been around jungle DnB since late 80s, if i could i would pay to learn Makoto skills on the decks, old school, man is perfection when it comes down to DnB has been for years, @Makoto, u ever decide to open a dnb school, sign me up now...!!!! much respect to you, carry on carry on!

I can't say much about this that hasn't already been said except if there's a D&B tune that can bring me close to tears (a mixture of joy & pain), it's this. And, naturally, it reminds me of a specific person I'll probably never see again.
you kind of just take it for a fact that makoto is a dope producer, but obviously he is a gun dj as well, the man deserves a few international bookings just based upon this set tbh
