In honor of One Punch Man S2 finally arriving, here is the voice actor for the great Saitama!!! Saitama was the first character I knew of Furukawa’s, and I thought no way this lazy sounding dude can sing. BUT I WAS WRONG. His vocal range is simply amazing, and I am in love. He just sounds so great in all his songs. Definitely check it out!!

I love how people always thought some seiyuu probably can't sing just because sometimes they voiced 'unique' anime character. lmao please understand being a pro seiyuu need A LOT of skills. and singing is an absolute talent if you want to survive in seiyuu world, heck some of them are actually a real singer

For One-Punch Man. If ONE, or Murata adds in a singing part it would be great, cause the anime would follow suit, if the anime adds in an anime only singing part, still good, because we'd get to see the character's reactions to Makoto Furukawa's voice.

It would be interesting to get a *Toru Furuya* compilation one day. He has sung quite a bit over the years - there's Bayside Dancer from Kimagure Orange Road, Kaze to Utaou from Swiss Family Robinson, Wolf Hurricane from Dragon Ball, River of Freedom from One Piece, Spirit of Saint from Saint Seiya Omega, Dakishimete Itai from Sailor Moon... Then there's "tribute" songs he's done for some of his characters: "Reckless Throw" for Hyuma Hoshi, "Lalah no Yasoukyoku" and "Nemutta mama de wa" for Amuro Ray, "Only One Shining Star" for Pegasus Seiya, "Ookami" for Yamcha, "Everlasting My Love" for Tuxedo Mask and "Who is No. 1" for Kyosuke Kasuga. He's also covered a few songs, like Pegasus Fantasy and Rainy Blue, and sung the opening to Kamen Rider: Climax Heroes. ...I have all of them.
