I really enjoyed their wedding! Plus, I could tell that the fire that Hades started in the beginning was just an accident because he isn't the type of person who would try to ruin his daughter's wedding day on purpose. (Maleficent, yes! Hades, no!) And now we all know where Mal got the habit of running away from problems habit that she had in D2 from. Also I knew Hades would enjoy seeing his ex-wife as a lizard. Plus I'm glad they decided not to recast Carlos, because seeing someone besides Cameron Boyce play the part it wouldn't be fair.

I like how mal and Ben's relationship is actually organic and not forced. It all felt natural and it was one of the more healthy Disney relationships and I appreciate how it took more than 2 movies for them to marry

Here are three options that could potentially rest the fate of Descendants……. 1. Descendants gets a spin-off series or movie with new characters from the books 2. Descendants gets a prequel movie with younger actors to show how the core four group came to be (based off of the Isle Of The Lost book) 3. Descendants gets discontinued and fans are left with the movies, animated shorts, and books

Honestly I never bothered watching descendants when it aired on Disney but after hearing how much hubbub after one of the actors passed away who I really liked watching from Jessie I may just give it a shot my heart goes out to the family and many fans.

I honestly thought Maleficent might come back in the wedding movie because the spell was to keep her like that until she could love. I thought that she would’ve changed to good like Hades did by the end and return as human to wish Mal and Ben well

I love Descendents royal wedding it was amazing and funny and it had great tribute to Cameron when Mal had the bracelet that has the charms that represents each of the four of the group. I still hope there's a chance to get more Descendants movies someday. I loved getting to see throughout the movies how the characters grow. With new characters being introduced in every movie as well as the progress of the core four. Now that Mal and Ben are married how will they rule? How would they help everyone from Auradon and The Isle Of The Lost adjust to the change of being reunited? Because the end of the 3rd movie is just the beginning of that. Following all the different love stories is also another thing I love about these movies because of how different they are. Mal was more interested in not letting down her mother when she started the relationship with Ben to help her achieve that but fell for him anyway. Evie had it in her mind that she was going to find herself a prince only to be let down when Chad betrayed her. Doug may not have been a prince but he helped her learn not only that she didn't need one but also that there was so much more to her than she realized. Carlos went from being too shy to admit his feelings to Jane in the second movie to asking her to cotillion without needing the help of the truth gummy he asked Mal to make for him. We kind of see the start of a relationship between Jay and Lonnie but we don't know where it would've gone since Lonnie was written off.

😄Well of he's understanding and caring. His parents story is about being kind to others and not only thinking about yourself. And that true beauty comes from within, looking beyond someone's outer appearance or personality.

I usually don't like Love Potion plots at all, they're creepy as heck, but the fact that Ben cared ALREADY and he spent most of their relationship between love spell and antidote already un-spelled made it so much better- the fact that he KNEW, and still wanted to be with Mal, saved that plot for me. She understood why it was wrong to enchant him, worked to undo it, and in the end he pretty much TROLLED her with how he admitted he already loved her. That was a perfect way to show that he had a touch of playful wickedness himself- that he wasn't malicious but could still dish out the mischief, suitable for a partner of Mal's. I was heartbroken to hear that Cameron died, but *thrilled* that they went so far as to ADMIT that Carlos did too, for the Royal Wedding. They honored the fact that they LOST him instead of brushing it under a rug. It makes me cry to think about even now.

When you think about it Maleficent and Hades having a kid it sounds weird enough but then you think about how Belle and the Beast son is going to be married to a Witch(fey)/ Olympian God hybrid how the hell is their story going to pull out I wonder that is fanfiction at its best.
