here is one of the most requested video. Malabar special Nice pathiri. This is a very thin and soft rice bread, very popular in North Kerala Side. this is a very simple dish, but be very careful while making the dough,,perfect side dish will be coconut milk and Chicken Curry... just try once and enjoy the taste..!
Ingredients:-
Roasted very fine rice flour - 1 cup
water - 1 1/4 cup
salt - 1/2 tsp
coconut oil - 1 tbsp.

Wow, that looks great. After all that dusting with rice flour, it still so soft. You have still managed to cook it as white as snow without any brown spots. That's really wonderful. Well it would be very challenging for me to try cooking this pancakes. However, I would try. If it turns out brownie instead of snowy, who cares, I will eat it discreetly.🤣🤣🤣. no. after refrigeration, dough may not be smooth to make a thin sheet. I didn't try this. so not sure..

actually I can't suggest any brand in the market.. Iam not experienced with packed coconut oils ..that's why..if you can get mill bought coconut oil, that will be good
