Never disliked Brandi but I couldn’t stand how it always seemed like she needed validation from women who obviously didn’t care to deal with her. The whole shaunie/Tami/Brandi dilemma was because she felt like they didn’t want to genuinely deal with/accept her. Then all the extra she did with Malaysia. Just accept when folks don’t wanna deal with you sis.
Wow I thought I was the only one who realised that because people keep hyping up Malaysia and Brandi. Now that I've seen how the situation escalated, Brandi is a damn sensitive brat and shaunie and Tami were not wrong or bullies

The problem with Brandi is that anytime there’s a problem, she immediately makes herself as the victim. She’s extremely sensitive and takes everything so personally and maliciously.

girl she knew, I just found out a ex friend of mine dad passed last week , me and him fell out like 4yrs ago.. like Malaysia knew her dad passed she was just being petty, and with every right, they weren't cool so Malaysia felt she didn't have say nothing to her but just say that. but she def knew brandi dad passed, thats why she apologized.. Malaysia was just hurt, and her ego wouldn't let her feel that, but they got passed it and thats all that matters.

They were bullies ready to jump any other woman who had a problem with one. They are no longer friends because one outgrew that childish behavior. Having your friends back is being an adult and knowing when to not even engage with people who do not care about you. Ready to go to jail for fighting is not what any grown woman with children needs in their life.
Shaunie & Tami judging Brandi & Malaysia's bond like their own friendship was oh so genuine🙄🙄🙄. When Evelyn came back, that friendship went STRAIGHT out the window. That's scene with them leaving out the restaurant when Brandi pulled up, I saw right through that

Honestly, their friendship started going left when Malaysia left her husband and Brandi stayed with hers....keep in mind, their husbands are also friends so I can understand why Malaysia wouldn't want to confide in her when it comes to issues regarding her ex.
Agreed. They both were being cheated on and Malaysia decided to stand up for herself and say no more. As insecure as Brandy is, I can see her taking Malaysia’s growth / decision as a personal attack. It may not have started off feeling that way, but Malaysia was at that time stepping into single parenthood. When you couple establishing yourself independently from a financial point of view, doing your inner work, and raising kids, other things such as friendship can be put on the back burner. Not because the friendship wasn’t valued or a priority but because her kids needed her more and she needed to be there for herself as well. Those elements coupled with not being as available now as you were in times past can cause an unintentional rift to form. Its up to the other friend to try to be as supportive during a difficult time like that as possible. I personally feel like Brandy dropped the ball. I suspect that while they were good friends Malaysia was the heavy and did a lot of the reaching out but when things changed in her life her priorities shifted that changed the dynamics of the relationship because Brandy did not pick up the ball. I really think that Malaysia is better off without her ❤.
I miss Brandi and Malaysia friendship. Brandi look so much better older seasons just naturally pretty. A few seasons later everything Brandi stated about Shaunie was true. Shaunie and Tami not even friends anymore.
Am I the only one who agrees with Brandi when it comes to the Shaunie situation? Shaunie can be bitchy and saddidy. And it stems from her being the owner or Ceo or whatever. She’s judged Brandi to her face multiple times and Brandi has every right to defend herself and advocate for respect. Shaunie wants to hang with the rest of the women and keke but doesn’t want any smoke if she rubs someone the wrong way. That’s not how that works. Either you’re part of the cast and get treated as such or you stay behind the scenes like most CEOs with sense do. Period!

I watched the earlier seasons of Basketball Wives but haven’t watched the more recent episodes. All I can say is wow😮 I really can’t believe how Brandi has turned on Malaysia after all Malaysia did to have her back when she couldn’t control her mouth when speaking to the Boss of the show. It is not Malaysia’s fault that Brandi never learned not to bite the hand that is feeding her. I feel so bad for Malaysia because you can really see how she is being affected emotionally by all of the toxicity. I rarely take sides because generally speaking the women are as bad as each other, but wow, Brandi really took it to far with the way she turned on Malaysia.

Im going wherever Malaysia going. She has always been my fav since day 1. Was upset when she left BBW but I hated to see how they treated her and knew this was her best move, to leave. At the beach when Tami confront Malaysia and Brandi because they thought her and Shaunie was laughing at them, I love how Mehgan grabbed Tami's shoes and purse when Tami was like, "OKAY", Mehgan wanted to make sure Tami had room and didn't fall over her purse, loved it❤
