This is public/national security issue and not in front of your own house maybe is kiasi la... • Any internal, private dispute anyone can simple carry and discharge firearm in public place like nobody's business meh? C'mon (that's why have Home Ministry, Polis). If he discharged inside private house then is slightly different case
