I rarely cook Malay food because the process is very time consuming and there are so many ingredients but when I see all of you enjoying the taste of belacan and asam jawa and eating them in a different way, it makes me feel more curious about the things I always see in my mother's kitchen. I've been thinking a lot ever since I saw Ichang's video about them going back to HK last time. Since I've been following Ichang and Jimmy for a long time, there's always this heartwarming feeling every time I watch their videos. A thought occurred to me that one of the reasons why I always feel such a way is because of their genuine personality and sincerity. They are not trying to portray themselves in any specific way to appeal to their audience. All this time, they are being themselves so that's their greatest charm. Their sincerity in doing things out of love and passion while sharing it to the world is what touches my heart (and I'm sure everyone else's too). And I guess kindness and sincerity spread because the circle of people around them shares similar attributes as well. I'm sure everything will go well once you're back in Malaysia. I'm always waiting for more of your adventures here but please don't forget not to over-exert yourself and just take a break and rest once in a while. I'm so happy for you guys and just know that I have always been supporting you both and will always will 💖

I Chang. Please tell to your friend That tamarind paste you can put in glass and stir it with water and some sugar. You can drink warm or Cold with some ice cubes Normally asam jawa drink the Malay prepare once they get cough or fever. Just for your information
