hey i am a volunteer firefighter in the state of nj trying to set up my own mock physical test and was wondering what the weight box at the end is made up of and how much it weighs.

What facility is this? Do we get practice runs for this year's test?

Try doing all that plus more with your bunker gear on with your SCBA. That's more realistic than this.
