Thank you, there is no seaplane from male to Dhigurah. It would Be male to lux. And you’d want to be on the right side. Those are words from the pilot 🧑✈️
Hello, I love your videos, I also just subscribed 😉. Ill be visiting maldives next month. I would like to visit 2 different resorts. Do I need to travel back to the airport in Male to go to the next resort?
As mentioned in the video my wife had no Problems during the flight but as we had two stops before finally reaching our resort the waiting time at the other resorts in the plane while the sea was a bit rough got her a little bit 🤢.
Lux lounge was amazing, kids enjoyed the play area during our August trip. Shame they do not allow you to use the facilities for departure as we had to wait a while at the Male Airport.
Hi! Y’all do an excellent job with the detail in your videos. I’m traveling to Dhigurah with 6 friends/family and will arrive 1 Mar 24. I booked all the rooms in Unwind so we have the entire hotel for 7 days. I watched your Dhigurah and Unwind videos (thank you very much). The seaplane seems to be the biggest challenge. I feel like the speedboat will be so rough over 2 hours. Or maybe it isn’t that bad? It’s cheaper but I don’t want to be sick by the time I get to Dhigurah. We are all traveling together from Dallas TX, Doha, Male. So my question is did you have extended time in the speedboat? Would you spend 2 hours in one? Thanks!!
Hi, Alisa! We were there March/april and the ride was so smooth we fell asleep. You can bring motion sickness pills and take it an hour before. We would do the boat again. The only thing in your situation is depending on your arrival time, the boat leaves 2x a day. Check if you can catch it. About 20min from Dhigurah there is a local island with an airport. You can see if its better to fly there and then take a private speed boat to Dhigurah. I can give you our boat driver contact. But check with Unwind about the airport 😃
