Hi Saurabh, If you are staying at multiple destinations, then just mention the total duration (days) of stay and put only the first destination island name in your IMUGA and just keep a print copy of the other island bookings. Mostly they will not ask anything but still if the immigration officer ask you about other days of bookings, then you can just show print copies of other island bookings. Hi Manchit, As per my knowledge "K" stands for Kaafu Atoll, which is a broadly classified geographical area of Maldives. And Male, Maafushi, Gaafaru all these inhabited island falls under it. You have to mention Bangalore to Male flight number. (The flight in which you are travelling from india to maldives, that flight number you have to mention in the Maldives arrival IMUGA form.) No, while filling IMUGA, there is no such split stay filling option. Only in one place it ask for "mention resort/island of stay". So there you just give the name of your hotel or island where you are going first. After that wherever you shift internally is not required. And also the "number of days of stay" you should put correctly for your overall total days of stay in Maldives including all hotels, resorts and island. Thank you.😊👍🏼

Hi Akil, Ni need to carry any photo. Travel insurance is also not mandatory. Minimum amount to carry is also not mandatory. Just you should your passport, IMUGA, hotel stay details for all days and to & fro flight tickets. That's it... Thank you 😊👍

Hi Sourabh, For Maldives now no requirement of any vaccination or RTPCR for child as well as adult. And for returning back to India while filling Air-Suvidha it was required till now. But YOU ARE JUST LUCKY. Because from 22nd November 2022 Air Suvidha is not not mandatory.. Just check on official websites and proceed during your exact journey date. Thank you :-)

Yes Deepak, either it's a kid or adult, you must have to fill the IMUGA form seperately for everyone during arrival to Maldives as well from departure from Maldives. And in Air Suvidha also you have to add your baby in co-passenger section of the portal, with his/her name, passport no., DOB and other basic details. Hope now you are clear about this part. Yes you can keep the soft copy of the QR code in your mobile. That is enough. Sometime they check it and sometimes they can just let you go without checking it. But you have to fill the IMUGA both the time during arrival as well as departure. Its must. Thank you 😊👍

Yes, currently the rule is for 96 hours. So you can fill your IMUGA (arrival) form online before 4 DAYS of your flight from India to Male. And similarly you can fill your departure IMUGA form again 4 days before your departure from Male to India. Thank you ☺️✌️👍
Hi Soumya, You can always exchange currency in Maldives, but due to high transaction rates I don't prefer that option. So make sure you exchange all currencies in India only or just use for Forex cards. Now regarding the amount of cash you have to carry, it depends upon your total budget and planning. If you have pre-book everything and just you have to keep some amount for local transfer and local food etc. Then you can calculate around 50 to 80 USD per day for two persons and you can go ahead. Or if you have not pre-booked anything and you have to pay for everything there, then you have to calculate exact amount of your hotel cost, activity cost, Speed boat transfer cost and all other expenses and then only you have to carry the total USD amount (which can be approximately 1000 USD for two persons for 4 days including a budget watervilla booking). Hi Rakesh, For stay booking, if you have a confirmation voucher, then generally that is enough. If your stay is at any hotel of public Island, then no need to do any action further. But if you have booked in a private Island then for safer side it's better to just mail or WhatsApp the hotel before one or two days of arrival, and double confirm it from their reception or management once before your arrival just for any unnecessary hassle at last moment after reaching there. Jab aap Delhi se Maldives jayenge tab ek bar Delhi mein aapko boarding pass milne ke bad immigration clear karna hoga, jahan se Indian immigration ki team apke passport aur baki sab documents check karke aapko India se exit karvayenge. Aur uske bad jaise hi aap Maldives mein land karte hain wahan aur ek bar maldives ka immigration clear karna hoga Jahan per unki team apke documents fir se ek bar check karke aapko Maldives k andar entry denge. Apka Bangalore me hi first immigration hoga. (The scenario may change if your Delhi flight is also an international one. So just once clarify at Delhi itself when you are going for boarding pass. Hi Sushant, I have not done any exchanges in Maldivian bank. So I don't have much idea about the exchange rate and all, but I am sure you will get a bit higher rate from what you get by exchanging in India. Hi Manoj, I had done a small research for your situation. And as per my observations currently RTPCR is not required for kids below 5 years. But above that it's telling to put the vaccine certificate or the RTPCR copy in Air Suvidha Online Form. But for your information, when I was traveling from Maldives, I also landed at Bangalore. And there Just for formality they tell you to show it in you mobile. And they just see the soft copy in a glance and put a stamp in you boarding pass. So if you want you can go for RTPCR for you kid in Maldives, which will take around 60 to 90 USD and approx 12 to 18 hours to get the result in normal mode. (Don't do the test in private island. It will be very costly. Try to do it in Male City or in public island such a Maafushi). I am mentioning few hospitals list in Male City and nearby areas for your convenience:- 1. Hi Anuj, In that case you have to mention total no. of days of stay in Maldives (combined of all Hotels) but in hotel name drop-down area you can mention the first hotel where you are going to check in. There will be no issues. Because in imuga online form you don't have an option for mentioning two or three hotels together in single form. So we generally mention the first hotel where we are checking in and keeping a copy of all other stay with us. So that In case they ask in immigration that "do you have all stay in this hotel?" then you can say No, and show the other bookings and tell them clearly that there was only one hotel option selection in imuga, so we put the first hotel there, and these are the other details where we are going to stay... That's it. (We also stayed in Fihalhohi & Maafushi, so we Also did the same thing) Thank you 😊👍🏼

Hi Stuuti, In final IMUGA output there will be only QR with you passport and some other details. No photo will be shown there. so its ok. no need to do anything else. just keep that QR with you and proceed. in my video also i have shown a sample of IMUGA output. just check it.
