hi i started in Stadt Wehlen and went clockwise, some small towns on the way but not many and not much going on, the first town to i got to where there was a supermarked var Bad Schandau and Schmilka is a fine town too :-)
Just remember to bring cash (euro) and there is a sektion in the east that was closed so look into that before going.. i was in heavy rain climbing over trees :-/
