Malice Mizer performing "Kyomu no Naka de no Yuugi" during the Bara ni Irodorareta Akui to Higeki no Makuake live, on August 31st, 2000 at the Nippon Budokan. This is ripped from my own copy of the dvd.
Mana is saying- "In my ruined and dissoluted mind I redicule nihility, I dissipate in solitary Cold blood flows My faded mind is flipping through." It's hard to tell but it is english he's saying.
My god..... This is one of the most beautiful Malice Mizer songs I have heard!! Its so moving and beautiful with the opretic voices.... T_T so beautiful
well tbh, Mana does always look amazing. and any /real/ fans of the band will appreciate all members equally. All the people who just spam youtube with comments like ' woww mana saaamaa' they obviously arent fans so therefore you shouldnt worry about the only members, because they do get attention from the right people. i realise Mana doesnt actually play much guitar, but he does do alot of the pre-recorded music, and has written things for Kozi to play.
I wish I could go back in time to see this concert. Malice Mizer is still an incredible band, even if they're not together anymore. Also I am not interested in Mana's sexual orientation or whether he is married and has children or not. What I am interested in, however, is that he is an introvert, like me!
If I remember correctly, Bara no Konrei wasn't released until after they announced their hiatus. But, Bara no Seidou was in production before they asked Klaha to sing. All commercials (and the Bara no Kiseki DVD and Shiroi PV) advertising the release of Bara no Seidou showed a faint image of Klaha. He didn't become an official member until this live performance (see how he's 'unveiled' in the live of Saikai). I hope that helped. : D
Oh. My. Kami-sama... I love this song! Mana-sama at the microphone just killed me with awesomeness and Yu~ki at the bass - I mean WOW! He looked soo cool! Of cause they all did! Klahas voice is simply amazing! The same goes for Közis voice! MM = best band EVER!
amazing band. any good music lasts forever. so when we examine todays music we always remember stuff that stands out from the crowd. so forget manufactured plastic pop idols. here is one of the most original and inspirational bands i have seen. the composition of the music alone tells a story and it takes you on a journey and did i mention beautifully written? i salute you malice mizer!
the best video in the world is beautiful. es muycreativo y me encanta esta muy padre ya que la coreografia la hace mana es muy hermosa forever malice mizer!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111
What a unique preformance. Very dramatic, and gothic to it's maximum. One of the best i've seen since Klaha showed up (Even though he isn't in this song. XD) Thanks for posting. Anthony
Ahhh Death you are so lucky! lol Kozi reminds me of a woman when he twirls that whip thingy and his hand is like on his hip. XD. Great song ^^ everyone (Klaha's not here...) is excellent ^^
didn't know he did this live? i would have done anything to be there, again costume, setting spot on i just love the climax the song goes upto and then fades off
this was when klaha was in the band he isnt in some of the videos because they wanted him to be a surprise at his first live. he does sing in the songs.
If Mana didn't say he is married on an interview, then don't listen to other people. The only ones who know if Mana is married or not is Mana and his friends and family.
said it before, again and always... i'd sell my soul, give one million dollars or anything to Mana to get MALICE MIZER back and so i could wathc and live an epic performance like thi...
I think tthat Mana also sings in Color Me Blood Red, in the few times I have heard His voice, I can recognize him in this song. He sings the choir that says Love Me Blood Red
you dont need to get all arsey about it. people give Mana credit because he wrote most of Malice's music. so he is behind nearly everything you hear. and i think personally kozi and yu~ki do get alot of attention, depends where you look. Kozi is in fact my fav in MM and i adore Yu~ki. even though, i love and respect Mana outside of this band too. MM
@adamine You know what, i totally agree with you. I am not personally from Japan, and i don't try to say things that harm other's opinions of groups. I am a total Japanese music follower, and i understand exactly what you said. I assume he was single from the beginning, i was just repeating just another rumor. -gomen-
@DelphineDelmar He's always said he likes singing in a death metal voice, and is most likely Shadow X, the "death voice" on earlier Moi dix Mois albums. ^^
When I saw this video I was like "Oh my god Mana himself sings!" and I was completley overwhelmed and what are you dorks doing here? Discussing if he's gay or not. Honestly, no one cares, oh my god HE IS SINGING!
Totally agree with you, Mana is not gay. If you read his interviews he says he plays the female role because it has more possibilities than men clothes.. And he also says what he seeks in women.
You're right. Gackt used to sang with playback, like the choirs, because he danced in his performance. As you can see, Klaha wasn't, because he really sang in a large extent of his presentations. Tetsu, Gackt and KLAHA, all of them left their seal. He is the best. That's the only truth
Mana is a guy.He is a performer,he has the right to choose what to reveal and what to hide. The truth is,that his secrecy and enigmatic behavior is part of his stage persona, and makes him even more appealing to the fans.I mean,if he talked and looked ''normally'' (I highly stress the quotes here,I don't see anything weird or disturbing, but it could be only me) half of the people who like him wouldnt be that interested.sad, but true.Yet,he found his niche, and we love it. BTW: MANA ACTUALLY SANG!!!!
@twochicks23 There are always rumors like that going around about any Jrock artist that doesn't air out his dirty laundry. I'm in his fanclub and the truth is, he IS very open about his family (parents, siblings, etc) and his day-to-day life, so I don't think he would feel the need to hide something like that. ^^
@adamine ooohhhh i see. That's cool though. Being open is one of the best things on earth. Im not in his fanclub, but that's because i am more of a Dir en grey follower then anything. I just like lolita alot, and he's kinda a role-model to me in retrospect. :3
@adamine xDD i am actually the same with Dir en grey. I head the Michigan street team. So i help clear up any rumors surrounding the guys. Plus i am an admin on our forum, too. (that the site is not quite finished yet. ^_^;;) So i understand you, totally. ^_^
i understand where you are coming from, and i know kozi did alot too. but i think you are wrong about mana not being able to play, because ive read and heard many places that he can play many instruments, and the fact that he plays alot more guitar is moi dix mois.
@twochicks23 People have been saying this since the 90s. Do NOT believe anything you hear from someone else. If Mana was married, there would be evidence, not just dead-end "I don't know where I heard it from" rumors. Please do not perpetuate rumors.
