I'm wondering if you'll considering adding links for citations as I'm unable to find any online reference to Race v Home Office [1994] 2 AC 45; or Rawlingson v Rice [1997] 2 NZLR 651; both as noted by the second speaker.

On damages it was only partially helpful as you've told me information based upon a specific case. Would have preferred more general chats rather than basing a case around a defendant who has a previous criminal record as this doesn't apply all cases. There are many other types of cases other than police or immigration malfeasance.
