The problem with the Giants offense last week was almost solely on Daniel Jones. How many times did we see Nabers or Wandale have to get onto their knees to attempt to catch balls that were thrown too low? Or how many times were players like Theo Johnson overthrown to? Brian Daboll was scheming these guys open, the Receivers and Tight Ends did their job last week. The Offensive Line held up in pass protection. DJ did not. Another piss poor performance and there’s no argument against starting Devito/Lock for the remainder of the season.

Watching the Giants is like watching “ Succession.” It is a soap opera. The outcome is far less important than “how things happen.”

The problem is that this has been the constant issue with Daniel Jones. He will have moments when he looks good and he will have more moments where he looks bad. Except this time he has no more excuses. I don't expect that trend of inconsistency to all of a sudden change. We need a new quarterback. So even if Daniel Jones has a good game I'm not buying it. This is because of his past performances of inconsistencies.
