By this time there's nothing we can do but just start scauting local players like 20 or 23 and camp these players for one year. Let these players stay together and train very hard as a team with motivation and start using them to play friendly games as we prepare for the next Afcon qualifies campaigns I don't know which country will host that one, then we can bring 8 or 10 foreign base players to blend them with time. At the same time keep monitoring the u17, u20 players by the time these players are no longer functioning well then we introduce these young talent..this year is not our lucky year. Ghana black Stars team will perform in the coming years when we pay attention to this.

I remember watching when coach lamented about the failure of black stars and the employment of Otto Ado. You don't win tournaments with an academy coach. Otto Ado isn't a professional coach. Example is Augustin Eguavon, he's passed through all the transitions from being an assistance to being head coach in different occasions. Now eguaveon is restructuring our nigeria national team. Ghana should hand over the team to a local Ghanaian coach
