It's great that the guy they passed over for senior partner was the guy that corrected the new senior partners work. It was also on an SEC issue which he was supposedly an expert on. Louis is the best.
The only people that react that way to having people review their work are those who are fundamentally insecure, especially when they know that work is important to other people.
Seriously....I work in a similar environment where my work product potentially affects millions of dollars of worth....and I LOVE the comfort of a competent person checking my work...
Jesus the ego of this guy. 🙄 She's technically your boss at the office, just freaking following. What she was asking isn't about not trusting you, it's about further mitigating any potential risks... 🙄
I really feel sorry for Jeff. All he wanted was a relationship with Jessica and circumstances with work turned that relationship toxic. As much as Jeff is portrayed as an emotionally needy spoilsport, there was no other natural reaction he could have had to Jessica being distant and secretive.
The crazy thing about this whole thing is that as powerful as Jessica is she decided to apologize for something she wasn’t wrong for. Me personally I felt like Jeff was more of a hassle then help
Jeff tried to use his relationship with Jessica to not have to recheck his work because he's "not every partner", and then he acts hurt when she has it done for him and he was very much wrong. Jeff is basically Louis, if Louis were in a relationship with Jessica.
Jeff and Jessica are hot but I picture how incredible it would have been to have her real life husband Lawrence Fishburn as her counterpart. That casting would have sizzled 🔥
