That is one Beautiful Engine. I wish they sold them in the US. I can buy a US 50,000 Kawasaki H2- 300 Horsepower, just down the road ,but could not find this engine or parts anywhere in my America. RH DSD

Good work, but i see the squish is too low, the 94cc need 0,9mm not 0,77. When you set the ignition, try to use protractor, you can be more precision. Ciao

Non ho capito quale accensione hai usato, prima si è visto chiaramente che era una Stage6, poi improvvisamente hai usato quella della Malossi. Tutto sto lavoro con materiali di gran marca e non hai cambiato la campana della frizione che è rimasta quella originale. La guarnizione rossa l'hai messa a risparmio. Non so come andrà questo motore! I didn't understand what ignition you used, first it was clear that it was a Stage6, then suddenly you used that of Malossi. if you don't have the correct seal punch set use a big socket it install the crank seals instead of a hammer and screwdriver. good god!

Watching this video i asked my self several times "why....would u do that?" From method of crank seal placement, head torque, starting with no airbox, NO engine assembly line or oil in crankcase or piston? How is that piston not scored a bit from start up? Is that an OKO carburetor? Thats not level?? With all malossi and for some reason a poloni exhaust? Why.... Would you do that????
