I went to St Andrew's School 1960-61. I used to often go to the the barracks asking for soldier's badges to add to my collection which eventually totalled over 100. Regrettably my Mum saw no value in them so she threw them away before we returned to the UK. Most of them were 40 Commando, now disbanded. I'm still disappointed 60 years later!
