Nice thank you for sharing this video, I remember eating pastizzi as a child....great memories. I make my own riccotta which is firmer and nicer than any store bought....it's easy to make.

if your dough was properly kneaded it wouldnt snap.

What a complete cod's wallop! This is hardly anything like how pastizzi are made. Singular is a "pastizz". Plural is "pastizzi". "Passtizzis" do not exist.
