From the 5 recipes of Taramasalata, I think this one, is the one with the best consistency and best looking. Shame we cannot taste it!!! ;) Thanks for making this video!
I like the "flying by the seat of one's pants" feel to this video that Mama Niki is clearly able to do as a result of a lifetime of cooking experience. I know there are no quantities quoted but those are available elsewhere on the internet. I make my taramasalata with stale bread and no potato and it tastes great.

Well we do use other oils.. And btw in my region we don't put potatoes or bread in the TARAMA... We put TARAMA on bread. We only use TARAMA mass Alot of oil some neutral sort Lemon juice And chopped onion in the end when it's rdy. The big difference is to use a handmixer and not such a mix mashine.
