Mamady Keïta Djembeföla National Theatre Tokyo, Japan 2001 

In 2001 Mamady Keïta and his group Sewa Kan performed at the National Theatre in Tokyo, Japan. This was the first time that a Black Musician ever performed in this theatre since it opened. The National Theatre in Tokyo is the most prestigious theatre in the country. This is the first time the world will see Mamady´s amazing performance called Djembe Kan that he dedicates to honor his master Karinka Djan Konde.
