watching in 2021 and it still catches me how hwasa is absolutely holding her laughter here. especially at the end she barely can hold it anymore. The fact moomoos brought some of these jokes in it makes it all the more funny. Mamamoo : the group where comfort is their concept.

Pun expained : 01:51 "Neomuhae" is a popular phrase in Twice's TT but they said it as "Neo.Mu.Hae" . "Neo" means "you", "Mu" means "radish" and "hae" means " to be __" So they are saying "You be the radish "(its the fandom name if im not wrong) and not about corn lmao

the subs in hwasa's rap are not accurate. the subs say she said "thats too corny you must like corn" when she was saying "youre too much, youre too much" or "neomu hae neomu hae" a reference from twice's TT

The subs don't really make sense, but it's pretty hard to translate the puns / word plays so there will be lots of different translations. It's better to find a video translated by fans, they did a pretty good job on explaining them ^_^

lol poor them, it's always hard to translate puns xD but if you're following Gag Concert, you will know they sometimes change the Korean's puns with English's puns, so it will make more sense to English speakers, even though the real sentences might be completely different.

+jinbiased No, the subs are accurate. The problem is that you are taking it literally. When it comes to puns, you have to find English equivalents to do correct translations. You cannot translate them literally otherwise they make no sense in the translated language. A lot of fans don't understand that and that's why they are not professional translators. A lot of fan translations are bad because of it.

No, the subs are not accurate. Fitting? yes. Accurate? no. If the translated lyrics were 'accurate' they would be literally translated like wheein and hwasa's "are you mad about something?" "no there's water". I am well aware that puns do not translate well into different languages,and nowhere did I say that the translations were incorrect or wrong, simply not accurate. Not to mention, neomu hae is not a pun. It's a reference to another, very popular song, so it could have been viably left as "neomu hae" or "you're too much".

Dude, as a Korean, some of the captions are really well translated! Especially that Corny part XD 'That's too corny. You must like corn.' 1:49 Hahah. It delivers perfect context! But in actual Korean, you can just replace that with a radish. Radish is 'Moo'. You guys can try hearing that!

Lyl 30 actually "Tipani" in korean is "buy t-shirt" so the actual lyrics is saying that "Girls' Generation buys tee from the store." the pun is that Tiffany is "buy tee" in Korean. Nothing to do with any brand names.
