So yeah, this was a cover of AOAs original. This was their first performance, and all the other groups were really nervous to have to go up to them (but also interested to hear how Mamamoo would cover the song). Since the covers weren't released as singles, they had the freedom to really do whatever they wanted, so they decided to each have a solo section before wrapping things into a cohesive whole at the end. All the other groups were amazed at just how different Mamamoo's cover was and how crazy they went with it.

Just so you know, she did legit slip and while nothing serious happened, MooMoo's were (rightfully) concerned because of her back issues. She finished the performance, then when they got back to their green room, Byul admonished her shoes. If I remember correctly, afterwards, her back did have slight spasms & so she could be healing, Hye Jin would be their representative for the Vocal Unit while Byul was their representative for the Dance Unit [Whee In was still off/on due to still recovering from her health issues at the time.

Part of me [in my own little head cannon] loves to imagine that Byul help YooA with the look & gave the tips on how to pull of the "Mafia Boss" look that YooA had for her Smooth Criminal Solo during the Dance Unit Performance. Even going as far as giving YooA one of her "Holsters". Yes, I know that the "Holsters" are very much different from what Byul wears for this performance & what YooA wears for Smooth Criminal, & yeah, I'm sure that Byul gave little if any input on the look & attire for YooA's performance. However, given their relationship [Their essentially sisters from different families, with Byul being YooA's older sister/Unnie (& YES I know that "Unnie" doesn't necessarily only mean "Older Sister")]. So, it wouldn't actually be too farfetched for Byul to give some tips/help/etc for YooA when it came to the Dance Unit Performances.

@@Altyrell i think they are close since they've been in a reality show. So, I wouldn't be surprised. And that that hug on Byul after they won. Such a sweet moment.
