Add MAMA 2018 Japan performance

This medley is composed of some of their performance in Immortal Songs 2, a variety show in Korea where singers of this generation sang the songs of the legend singers in Korea. You can see that the songs in this medley would take you back in 80's or 90's. Also, the dance choreography in this is the choreography of the orginal song.

YES YES YES YES YESSSS Armymoo Assemble! ✊🏻 Another edit, sorry lol: Solar has her own YT challenge (Solarsido) and she did a kpop songs medley and she sang some BTS ones. They are pretty cool with BTS (Moonbyul is friends with Jin) and Solar loooves Blood Sweat and Tears 🤣 Edit to the edit: Moonbyul writes all her raps which makes this much more impressive. Unrelated to that, Moonbyul is definitely the most coolest and hottest woman alive....ya'll can guess who my bias is 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Wheein has three really good dance videos ( Lil pump’s Be like me, Kiana lede’s Title and Destiny Rogers’ LoLo). There is also a performance video for her song ‘trash’ which is a part of her recent album. For mamamoo their live stage of ‘good luck’ and ‘Very Nice’ are really good.

I hope you watch their Queendom performances. I know you will enjoy those. Re: Mamamoo name, from what I remember from a Zach Sang interview, they explained that it is a sound made by babies. Re: radish, it is because radish in Hangul is moo (if I remember correctly)

You should do a Mamamoo mini marathon of their 4 seasons 4 colours project! You’ll get the variety of genres, visuals and even some dance! Each one corresponds to a season and a member: Starry Night (from the Yellow Flower album which represents spring and Hwasa) Egotistic (from the Red Moon album which represents summer and Moonbyul) Wind Flower (from the BLUE;S album which represents fall and Solar) Gogobebe (from the White Wind album which represents winter and Wheein) Then I’d suggest going into HIP, Dingga, AYA and Where Are We Now in that order 🥰

They're great here as usual but I personally prefer seeing Mamamoo sing their songs lol, only because I don't know these. Two videos I think you guys would love are Egotistic, Gogobebe and Decalcomanie. And you should see Solar do her pole dance performance at MAMA 2018 ;) Edit...ooops i should've said 3 songs 😆. I also made another comment about their song "I Miss You"...if you are really craving outstanding vocals, the performance they did of that song on Queendom was stellar 👏✨

Thanks for this reaction! Mamamoo really are performers that's why watching their lives is always better than the mv. If you want to react to solos you can react to: Hwasa - Maria Moonbyul - Eclipse Solar - Spit it out Wheein - Watercolor For group mv the last song they released is Where are we now that's a ballad and vocal heavy song if you are looking for choreo react to Aya and Hip. Also the Hip dance practice is great there you can see how fun they are as a group.

The dance moves here are tributes to the classics 20,30 years ago. if you want to see their dancing (with live singing of course), you can check out their own works. Hip, Dinga, Aya just to mention a few. They work with some of the top choreographers in the industry.

(please check out 'hip' and 'aya' mvs and performances!) moonbyul, the rapper, was actually trained as a vocalist and also has power vocals you should totally watch some of their music show performances to see their dancing, they used to do more simple choreography but in the past 2 years they've started doing more complicated ones!

I recommend "AYA" and "HIP" where they showcase their dance. They are all very good dancers, especially Wheein (recommend "Water Color") and Moonbyul (recommend "Eclipse" and "Absence"). These four queens are really capable of EVERYTHING.

Yes tha's their lightstick. Its callef 'Moo-bong'. Because mamamoo fans called 'Moomoo' which Moo is Radish in Korean. So their light stick is shaped like radish. The first idea of that lightstick is because early mamamoo fans on early mamamoo days. They bring real radish in their live shows. So that how the idea came in.

Just saw mamamoo and i clicked and a bit mad i found out an hour later 😢. 💚💚 glad to see you back though. 😊 Armyxmoomoo 💚💜💚💜 🥬💣🥬💣🥬 Edit: this is after i actually saw video 😂, solar is my bias but its hard to stay with one bias in mamamoo. Also the beginning eras they rock the choreagraphy ( cant spell 😂) with high heels. Actually the majority is with high heels. Thank you for another great and detailed reaction! As a OnceInsomniaMoo I would recommend Mamamoo songs like Piano Man, Windflower and HIP to get an idea of some of the breadth of their music style. For solos definitely Maria- Hwasa, Absence- Moonbyul, Water Color- Wheein and Spit it Out- Solar. I love their music, but I love them as people even more, they make me strive to be a better person everyday! Also, I would highly recommend Dreamcatcher as a group to look into if you like more of a rock vibe. Their most recent song BEcause is their own take on a summer song and they recently wrapped up their Dystopia trilogy with Odd Eye.

THE STORY OF THE RADISH When mamamoo was just starting, fans would bring real radish whenever they have a live show or concert to show that they're moos (what mamamoo's fans are called) which literally means radish in Korea. Even Mamamoo themselves acknowledged it and promised that they'll come back with a real nightstick which they did. It was the first lightstick to have a vibration feature made for people with hearing disabilities so that they would know when to chant and when the next song will play. (They have always been an advocate for this. They were also the first Kpop group to raise the issue in Vlive app wherein there's no live subtitles which hinders people with hearing disabilities to understand what they say during their live)

If you wanna see more of Mamamoo's own music and dance - I recommend HIP, Gogobebe, Dingga and AYA - MV and relay dances. They also had very jazzy retro and funk beginnings - I recommend Piano Man, You're the Best and Um Oh Ah Yeah. And my favourite song from them ever is Decalcomanie!
